Torex Retail PLC29 March 2006 Torex Retail plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 2,311,456 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy the deferred considerationpayable to the vendors of the Retail Petroleum Systems group of companies whichthe Company acquired in August 2005.
