Peel Hotels PLC06 December 2006 Peel Hotels plc ("the Company") Exercise of share options The Company announces that options to subscribe for 32,000 new ordinary shareshave been exercised by three employees of Peel Hotels plc. Application has been made for the 32,000 new ordinary shares issued inconnection with the exercise of share options to be admitted to AIM. It isexpected that admission will take place on 12th December 2006.
