Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority of the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for the Block Listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of 1/12 pence each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 9 June 2015.

The ordinary shares are to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities upon allotment in connection with the esure Group plc Share Save Scheme.
