Peel Hotels PLC29 November 2006 Peel Hotels plc ("the Company") Exercise of share options The Company announces that options to subscribe for 13,000 new ordinary shareshave been exercised by six employees of Peel Hotels plc. Application has been made for the 13,000 new ordinary shares issued inconnection with the exercise of share options to be admitted to AIM. It isexpected that admission will take place on 5th December 2006.
