Trading update
Zytronic plc (the "Group"), a leading specialist manufacturer of touch sensors, is pleased to announce a trading update in relation to the financial year ended 30 September 2011.
The Group has performed strongly during the final quarter with touch sensor revenues and profit before tax being significantly ahead of the comparative period last year. Consequently the Board is confident that the financial performance of the Group for the full year will be ahead of market expectations of £3.2m profit before tax and 16.0p EPS (2010: £2.9m and 14.9p) respectively.
The Directors intend to announce the Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 September 2011 on Wednesday 7 December 2011.
