ZYTRONIC PLC
PDMR Dealing, Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that 95,889 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued as a result of the exercise of employee share options.
On 24 May 2017, Claire Smith, Group Finance Director, exercised options over 67,200 new Ordinary Shares. Mrs. Smith subsequently sold 48,133 Ordinary Shares at a price of 474.13 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day, Andrew Morrison, PDMR, and Ian Crosby, PDMR, exercised and subsequently sold 10,000 shares each at a price of 474.13 pence per Ordinary Share. The balance of the total number of new shares being issued arises as a result of exercise of options by other employees.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
The above option exercises have been satisfied by the Company's block listing arrangements.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 16,044,041 Ordinary Shares, each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
