Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 21 November 2011 that Mr Hurst, Finance Director of the Company, bought 6,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 November 2011 at a price of 116.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Hurst is interested in 163,904 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
