Grant of share awards
The Company announces that on 24 May 2018 the Executive Directors were granted the following conditional awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5p each under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2017 ('LTIP 2017'):

The LTIP 2017 awards will vest on the third anniversary of the grant subject to achieving the performance criteria detailed in the Company's Annual Report 2017and will be released in three equal tranches on the third, fourth and fifth anniversaries of the date of grant.
Further, on 24 May 2018 the Executive Directors were granted the following restricted share awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5p each under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan ('DBSP'):
