Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notifiedΒ onΒ 15 March 2009Β thatΒ the wife ofΒ MrΒ Richard Clowes,Β non-executive directorΒ ofΒ the Company,Β boughtΒ 5,000Β ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")Β on 13Β March 2009Β at a price ofΒ 46.45Β penceΒ per Ordinary Share. Following thisΒ purchase, MrΒ Clowes and his familyΒ is interested inΒ 25,000Β Ordinary Shares representingΒ 0.07Β per cent.Β of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Company was notified on 16 March 2009 that Mr Nigel Howard, non-executive Chairman of the Company, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 16 March 2009 at a price of 48.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Howard is interested inΒ 60,000Β Ordinary Shares representing 0.16Β per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
