Zotefoams PLC10 May 2007 10 May 2007 Zotefoams plc (the 'Company') AGM Statement At today's Annual General Meeting of Zotefoams plc Nigel Howard, the Company'sChairman, will make the following statement: "Trading in the first four months of this year is, overall, in line with ourexpectations. In Polyolefins, moderate growth in the UK and European marketscompared to the same period in 2006 has been offset by slower sales in NorthAmerica, where last year we had a strong start and benefited from morefavourable exchange rates. Sales of High-Performance Polymers are currently at a similar level to theequivalent period in 2006 but as we stated in our preliminary results on 6 March2007, confirmed orders received in 2007 are already in excess of 2006 totalsales. We are also working on a number of exciting additional projects in ourkey target markets of aerospace, pharmaceutical and semiconductor. Although thetiming of sales from these opportunities is uncertain we believe they will offergood future potential for the business. We therefore remain confident of the Company's prospects."
