Zotefoams Plc ("the Company") 

Additional listing

Further to the announcement on 18 March 2009, an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the additional listing of 516,387 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares being listed are Ordinary Shares which will be issued pursuant to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. The Ordinary Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will commence trading on 31 March 2009.
