Zanaga Iron Ore Company ("ZIOC" or the "Company") clarifies and confirms that the shareholding previously attributed to Eagle Eye Asset Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("EEA") is in fact held by Mr. Gagan Gupta. The TR-1 filing below has been provided by Mr. Gupta in relation to transactions in the shares of the Company. The AIM Rule 26 section of the Company's website has been updated to reflect this position.
