Zanaga Iron Ore Company ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM:ZIOC) confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. The AGM will be held at Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BR on 17 December 2021 at 9 a.m. (GMT).
