Exercise of Options

The Company has today made application for a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("New Shares") to be admitted to the AIM in connection with the exercise of share options.

Admission of the New Shares to AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00 am on 25 July 2008.
