Ten Alps PLC02 December 2005 For release 3pm, 02 December 2005 Ten Alps plc Interim Results Announcement Date Update TV production company Ten Alps plc ("Ten Alps") announces further to thestatement of Monday 28 November that its interim results for the six-monthperiod to September 30 2005 are finalised, subject only to confirmation of theperformance-related element of a government contract. The Interim results will therefore not be announced on Monday 5 December, butwill be released as soon as is reasonably possible thereafter once Ten Alps hasreceived confirmation of the performance figure in question. In the event thatconfirmation has not been received by December 21, Ten Alps will announce itsinterim results using provisional figures, with a note to that effect in theaccounts. Ten Alps confirms that this is the sole reason for the delay in publication ofthe interim results, and that the revenue growth shown in the results is aheadof the 65% year on year growth figure referred to in the Trading Update of 24August 2005.
