Zegona Communications plc, LSE: ZEG, announces that it was notified on 10 May 2019 by Mr Murray Scott, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he had sold and purchased 19,550 ordinary shares in the Company in order to transfer the shares from one of his accounts to another. These shares were traded in the open market, sold at a price of 102.0 pence per share and repurchased at 102.15 pence per share.
Mr Scott's holding of ordinary shares in the Company totals 66,147 shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
