zegona strengthens board with new NON-EXECUTIVE directors
Zegona has today announced its intention to appoint two seasoned telecommunications executives, Kjersti Wiklund and Suzi Williams as non-executive directors, effective from 5th February 2020. Kjersti and Suzi both bring a wealth of complimentary experience to Zegona's board as both have combined successful senior executive careers in leading international telecommunications businesses with significant experience as non-executive directors of large listed businesses. In addition, Murray Scott has confirmed that he will not stand for re-election at Zegona's next Annual General Meeting.
Kjersti Wiklund
Kjersti will join the board as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee. Kjersti brings significant experience from a series of senior global telecommunications roles, including as director of group technology operations at Vodafone and chief operating officer of VimpelCom. Kjersti has also held senior executive positions at Kyivstar, Digi Telecommunications and Telenor.
Kjersti has also gained valuable insight into an entrepreneurial, high growth consumer technology company as Remuneration Committee Chair at Trainline plc. She also has considerable experience of serving on the boards of a number of large and mature listed businesses and is currently a non-executive director of Babcock International Group PLC and Spectris PLC1.
Suzi Williams
Suzi will join the board as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee: Suzi has spent over 25 years in TMT and Consumer businesses, most recently as Chief Brand & Marketing officer at BT. Prior to that she held senior leadership roles at Orange, The BBC, KPMG, and Procter & Gamble Europe.
A Board member at the The AA since 2015, Suzi was Chairman of their Remuneration Committee until November 2019. Suzi also sits on the Advisory Board for The England & Wales Cricket Board and advises a number of early stage technology businesses.

Zegona confirms that no further information would be required to be disclosed in respect of Kjersti Wiklund or Suzi Williams if the company were required to comply with L.R. 9.6.13.
