Management Committee Changes

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that Mr. Colin Huddy, General Manager of Farming, and member of the Management Committee established in June 2012, has submitted his notice of resignation to the Group, which will become effective from the 28 February 2013.

Francis Grogan, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
