Grant of Options
Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that further to the announcement on 6 March 2018, it has granted 147,778 share options ("Options") to certain of its employees and the executive directors.
In respect of the executive directors 43,160 Options have been granted in lieu of bonuses in 2017 and 62,618 Options have been granted under the Company's annual share option grant.

The Options have been granted with an exercise price of £10.38 being the five day volume weighted average price as at 9 April 2018. The Options will be exercisable from the third anniversary of the date of grant.
Following these grants the Company has a total of 612,088 share options outstanding representing 3.77% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
