Director/PDMR Shareholding
Yü Group (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity, meter asset owner, and installer of smart meters to the UK corporate sector, announces that, on 19 December 2024 John Glasgow, Non-Executive Director, sold 4,600 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1763.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, John Glasgow holds 13,811 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
John Glasgow has no options in the Company.
