Exercise of Options and Director Dealing
Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity, meter asset owner, and installer of smart meters to the UK SME and Corporate sector, announces that Paul Rawson, Non-Executive Director, has exercised options over 187,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company. These options were granted in December 2022 under the Performance Share Plan.
The Company has today issued 117,726 Ordinary Shares and transferred 69,274 Ordinary Shares from Treasury to satisfy the exercise.
Paul Rawson has subsequently sold 99,823 Ordinary Shares at a blended price of 1714.04p in order to cover the tax liability that arose from exercising the options retaining the balance of 87,177 Ordinary Shares.
Admission to trading and total voting rights
Following admission to trading of the Ordinary Shares, which is expected to take place on 23 April 2026, the Group's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 17,332,967, the Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The number of voting rights in the Company will be 17,332,967.
