The Company announces that it has been notified that on 26 April 2017 that John Galasgow, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 375p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Glasgow holds 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). Full details as required under the Market Abuse Regiulation are set out below.
