Director Share Purchase
The Company announces that it has been informed that today the spouse and dependents of Nick Parker, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 863 ordinary shares of £0.005 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a an average price of price of 228.74 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Nick Parker is deemed to be beneficially interested in 21,163 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.15% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company. Nick Parker also holds options to acquire 500,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable from 17 February 2018 until 17 February 2026.
