PDMR / PCA Dealings
YouGov, the international online research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified of the following director and PCA dealings in ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
On 31 March 2023, Stephen Shakespeare, Chief Executive Officer, undertook the following transactions:
Mr. Shakespeare transferred a total of 3,344,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding to each of his adult children, Anna-Elizabeth Shakespeare and Hillary Shakespeare, neither of whom are a PCA in relation to him, for nil consideration.
Additionally, Mr. Shakespeare sold 1,563,625 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding to Shaers Limited, a family investment company owned by Mr. Shakespeare and Rosamund Shakespeare, his spouse. Both the sale of Ordinary Shares by Mr Shakespeare and the purchase of Ordinary Shares by Shaers Limited were at a price of 950 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, the aggregate holding of Mr. Shakespeare and Persons Closely Associated with him is now 2,123,029 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.94% of the Company's issued share capital.
