PDMR Notifications
Circumstances giving rise to the notifications
Today, 28 June 2017, the Company granted options over 73,312 A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital pursuant to the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the “Scheme”).
The number of shares represents 0.15% of the Company’s issued share capital (i.e. A shares and non-voting shares combined) and 0.25% of the Company’s issued A share capital.
Ordinarily, the options will not be exercisable until 1 September 2020 and will lapse six months later to the extent not exercised.
The option price is 1066p per share. This price was set in accordance with the rules of the Scheme.
The following directors of the Company were each granted an option over the following number of shares:

A block admission arrangement is in place for the A shares needed to satisfy all of the above options.
