Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
The Board of Yourgene Health plc (AIM: YGEN), is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcements made on 21 December 2022 and 22 December 2022, regarding the proposed Capital Raising, a circular (the "Circular"), including the Notice of General Meeting and a Form of Proxy was posted yesterday to shareholders.
The General Meeting will be held at Skelton House, Lloyd Street North, Manchester Science Park, Manchester M15 6SH on 9 January 2023 at 4.00 p.m.
A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at http://www.yourgene-health.com/investors/key-documents/shareholder-communications.
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
