Xeros Technology Group plc
Application for Block Listing
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing totaling 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.15p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The block listing consists of:
500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.15p each under the Xeros Technology Group plc Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.15p each under the Xeros Technology Group plc unapproved share option scheme.
Admission of the shares is expected to take place on 15 February 2018.
