EXPANSYS was informed on 28 February 2012 that Chris Ogle, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 550,000 shares at 1.92p per share on 28 February 2012. Chris Ogle now holds 1,422,328 shares in EXPANSYS representing 0.12% of the issued share capital.
