EXPANSYS plc (AIM: XPS), a leading global online retailer of wireless and consumer technology and a provider of mobile network solutions, announces that Tim Eltze will step down from the main board of EXPANSYS plc with immediate effect to focus entirely on EXPANSYS' fast growing American operations, of which he is President.

Tim has been based in Chicago since late 2011. EXPANSYS views the USA as one of the most significant growth opportunities for the Group, both through our online retail channels and nationwide SIM card and prepaid solutions distribution. In 2011 EXPANSYS signed its first major SIM card distribution agreement in the USA with T-Mobile, one of the country's largest carriers, and has since then been successfully growing its MVNO and distribution/reseller partner bases.
