XP Power Limited ("the Company") announces that the personal loan to which Larry Tracey, Executive Chairman, pledged 2,562,000 XP Power Limited ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as part of a package of security, has now been repaid in full. Consequently, the Ordinary Shares are no longer secured against the loan. The loan was taken out in March 2008 for the purpose of acquiring further shares in the Company.
