Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Xaar plc (the "Company") announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 77,710,785 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Of the 77,710,785 Ordinary Shares, 87,115 Ordinary Shares are held in the Xaar plc Share Incentive Plan trust and do not hold voting rights.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Xaar plc at the date of this notice is 77,623,670.
Included in the total number of voting rights are 91,250 Ordinary Shares currently held by Xaar Trustee Ltd and 1,373,703 Ordinary Shares currently held by the Xaar plc ESOP trust.
The above figure (77,623,670) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Xaar plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
