Confirmation of Board Changes
Xaar plc ("Xaar"), a world leader in industrial inkjet technology, confirms changes to its Board of Directors.
As previously announced, Alex Bevis, CFO and Company Secretary, resigns from the Board effective today, 29 March 2017.
Jim Brault, Chief Human Resources Officer, is temporarily appointed Company Secretary, effective today, 29 March 2017.
Lily Liu joins Xaar on 2 May 2017, at which time she will be appointed to the Board as CFO and Company Secretary.
