Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that, on 31st August 2011, Ken Greetham, a director of the Company, bought 1,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 338.0p per share. Following this transaction, Ken Greetham is interested in 36,431 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.22% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
