Wynnstay Group PLC10 September 2007 WYNNSTAY GROUP PLC (the "Company") Issue of Equity and Directors' Holdings The Company announces that Mr BB Harris has today been issued with 300,000 newordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following theexercise of options at 108.75p per share ("Option Shares"). Application has beenmade for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings areexpected to commence on 14 September 2007. The Option Shares will rank paripassu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and increase the number ofshares in issue to 12,474,488. The Company also announces that three directors have today sold a total of298,000 Ordinary Shares at 260p per share in order to satisfy a placing withinstitutions ("Placing").
