Wynnstay, the agricultural and retail group, announces, in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been notified today of the following information by Ken Greetham, Chief Executive of the Company:

WFSborder Limited, which Mr Greetham is currently a director of, entered into Administration on 24 January 2017.
