Further to the Company's announcement of 10 October 2017 relating to the appointment of Administrators to Just for Pets Ltd ("JFP"), the Company confirms in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies that Bryan Paul Roberts and David Andrew Thomas Evans, directors of Wynnstay, are also both currently directors of JFP.
