Share Incentive Plan
White Young Green Plc (WYG)
WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 September 2008, 14,911 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of 2.24p per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their August pay. The following directors, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interest in the shares:
