WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 December 2009,
244,203 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of £0.0735 per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their November pay. The following director, as contributor to the plan, has acquired the following interest in the shares:
