Director/ PDMR Shareholding
WYG has today been informed that on 28 January 2015, Graham Olver, Chief Operating Officer, transferred 64,322 shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse Mrs Louise Olver for nil consideration.
Later that same day, Graham Olver sold 23,404 Ordinary Shares and Louise Olver sold 64,322 shares, both transactions were completed at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions Louise Olver has no holding in the Group whilst Graham Olver continues to be interested in 1,941,174 options granted to him previously under the Company's Transformation Incentive Plan.
