WYG has been informed that on 2 October 2012 David Jeffcoat, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 95,441 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 52.125 pence per share representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
Together with his existing holding of 35,000 Ordinary Shares, David Jeffcoat now has a total beneficial holding of 130,441 Ordinary Shares representing 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.
