White Young Green PLC24 January 2008 For Immediate Release 24 January 2008 WHITE YOUNG GREEN PLC Board Update White Young Green plc announces that Richard McCaffrey the Chief OperatingOfficer has resigned from the Board and the Company by mutual agreement withimmediate effect. Lawrie Haynes, Chief Executive Officer of WYG commented: "During his seven years at WYG, Richard has played a significant role indeveloping both the scale and reach of our business and we thank him for hisvalued contribution."
