RNS Number : 2296F WYG Plc 08 January 2010 8 January 2010 WYG plc ("WYG" or the "Company") Amendments to the Official List Trading in Post-Consolidation Existing Ordinary Shares Further to the Company's announcement on 7 January 2010, the Company can confirmthat the requisite amendments to the Official List will be made, with effect from8.00 a.m. today, to reflect the changes to the nominal value and number of ordinaryshares as a result of the Share Reorganisation and Share Consolidation. Dealings in the Post-Consolidation Existing Ordinary Shares are expected to commenceat 8.00 a.m. today and CREST accounts are expected to be credited shortly thereafterin respect of shareholders who hold their ordinary shares in the Company in uncertificatedform. The Company can confirm that the change of name from White Young Green plc to WYGplc became effective on 18 December 2009.
