WORLD TRADE SYSTEMS PLC ("WTS plc")
WTS plc announces that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") in connection with a commercial cooperation agreement with an international company that aligns with the overarching goals and vision of WTS plc. The Board of WTS plc believes that this will result in the expansion of the business of WTS China by diversifying its product range and extending its market reach.
R&D and market distribution co-operation with Naturemed GmbH ("Naturemed")
WTS plc has entered into an MOU with 'Naturemed', an international company based in Remscheid, Germany.
Naturemed was established in October 2016 by Dr.Dahlia-Rosa Smolczyk and Mr. Diether Klingelnberg. Dr.Dahlia-Rosa Smolczyk is the company's current managing director. She is a qualified Medical doctor specialized in Neurosurgery and has a number of years of experience in sales and distribution of products to pharmaceutical companies.
Mr. Diether Klingelnberg, is the founder and investor of Naturemed, who has been involved in the development of natural medicine over the last 10 years. Mr. Klingelnberg's associated companies have done substantial research in well-known clinics with medical professors especially in the fields of arthrosis and osteoporosis.
Naturemed is engaged in developing vital medicine abstract from cells for enhancing strength and wellbeing. Since October 2016 Naturemed has developed a promising product for arthrosis and osteoporosis in the over-the-counter drug (OTC) and pharmacy field with excellent results. Naturemed has established three tested, effective cell based product lines including natural protein, vitamin, mineral capsules, personal hygiene and skin care cream.
WTS plc believes that through close collaboration with Naturemed it can pool R&D and market knowledge to help both companies achieve their shared visions of improving health and life quality of people by distributing new healthcare and cell based products in the Asian market.
WTS plc will seek any necessary authorities in due course.
