PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR, NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING AND DEED OF WAIVER
The Company announces that a General Meeting of the members has been called on 4th August 2017, 11 am at St Mary's Court, The Broadway, Amersham, HP7 0UT. For the purpose of ratifying all unapproved related party transactions (the "Transactions") between the Company and its former majority shareholder, Kudrow Finance Limited ("Kudrow"). The Transactions consist of loans (the "Loans") either made or assumed by Kudrow during the period 2004 to 2016, when the Company had no operating income and was dependent on Kudrow for all its working capital needs.
In addition, Kudrow has agreed to waive all outstanding interest on the Loans and has executed a Deed of Waiver dated 17 July, 2017, which is available on the Company's web-site along with the Circular published today including the notice of General Meeting. www.worldtradesystemsplc.com
