World Trade Systems plc - Director Changes
World Trade Systems plc ("WTS" or "Company"), listed on the London Stock Exchange, has appointed Mr John Anthony ("Tony") Hoskinson to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. WTS is a UK based company which has established a subsidiary in Suzhou, China, to engage in the manufacture and distribution of health food products.
Mr Hoskinson has international experience from sectors that include mining, energy, property and services throughout a career that has spanned more than 50 years. He has served on the boards of both private and publicly listed companies during that time which have operated in the UK and internationally.
Mr Hoskinson commented: "I am delighted to be joining the Board of World Trade Systems. It has an excellent management team and has a well-defined strategy for growing the business in its chosen markets. I am looking forward to helping the Company achieve its ambition of distributing its health food products to a wider market in China, and to identify and develop new products which will also be suitable for European and International markets.
The Company also announces that Ms Clio Lee has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
