Update re Dividend

Further to the announcement of 15 April 2011 Weatherly wishes to advise that a second and final distribution of Dundee Precious Metals Inc ('Dundee') common shares to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 19 March 2010, pursuant to the disposal of its Namibian smelter, will be declared during May.

This delay is due to unforeseen administrative issues in relation to the sale of the Dundee common shares to satisfy the cash distribution element.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
