Total Voting Rights
Weatherly International announces that, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital as at 29 August 2008 is 405,425,427 ordinary shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in respect of Ordinary Shares which are admitted to trading on AIM is 405,425,427.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
