Total Voting Rights
Weatherly InternationalĀ announces that, for the purposes of theĀ Transparency Directive, theĀ Company's total issued share capitalĀ asĀ atĀ 29Ā AugustĀ 2008 isĀ 405,425,427Ā ordinary sharesĀ of one pence each ("OrdinaryĀ Shares"). There are no shares heldĀ inĀ treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in respect of Ordinary Shares which are admitted to trading on AIM isĀ 405,425,427.
The above figure may be usedĀ by shareholders as the denominatorĀ for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirĀ interest in, or a change to their interest in,Ā theĀ Company, under the FSA's DisclosureĀ andĀ Transparency Rules.
