Update on the Equity Sharing Agreement

Wishbone Gold Plc has announced the Equity Sharing Agreement on 18 August 2017 with D-Beta One EQ, Ltd (the "Announcement").

Further to the announcement, the Company can confirm that D-Beta One EQ Ltd has settledΒ $34,372.00Β (the "Settlement Amount") to the Company under the Equity Sharing Agreement for the periodΒ November 2017 to January 2018.

The Settlement Amount has been allocated as follows:

Β· $10,121.00 towards loan repayment under the Investment Agreement with YA II PN Ltd
Β· $7,065.00 towards interest on the loan
Β· $17,186.00 to the Company
