Worthington Group PLC25 January 2007 Worthington Group PLC (the "Company") Property Disposal 25 January 2007 Worthington are pleased to announce that the sale of the Eccleshill site has nowcompleted following exchange of contracts last year. The final sale price agreed remains unchanged at £1,050,000 although the amountnow received on completion has been reduced to £800,000. A second charge on theproperty has been taken by Worthington Group plc to secure the balance due of£250,000 plus interest for late completion. Interest continues to accrue on thisamount on a daily basis and payment of this sum is due within 6 months ofcompletion.
