Interim Management Statement

Worthington Group plc provides an Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 October 2011 to the date of this announcement, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

We remain in discussions with our consultants and all other interested parties as regards the development at Keighley and we will update shareholders as soon as there is something material to report.

Elsewhere trading for the period has been in line with management expectations and we have nothing further to report since our half year results released on 30 November 2011.
